Our planning advice is commercially oriented, objective and independent.  Where development is contentious, for example in the Green Belt or where excessive contributions are demanded, we can help you fight your corner. The planning system is not always fair but we can help you win the argument.

We shape proposals to ensure they are legally robust and viable in both planning and commercial terms, and advise on the strategies aimed at getting the most out of a site, keeping abreast of evolving policies, regulations and procedures and managing the range of specialist inputs required.

Our objections are evidence based, proving the harm to your properties amenities resulting from unneighbourly development. We deal with the complex planning applications needed for minerals and waste development, co-ordinating the evidence required by the Environment Agency to secure environmental permits and for preparing environmental impact assessments.
